Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

Premium is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription. The price is shown before you confirm payment, and access begins as soon as the payment is confirmed.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; your premium features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Deleting your account also ends the subscription. Deleting mid-period does not create an automatic refund for the unused time.

3. When we will refund

• You were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
• You were charged after cancelling.
• Premium features were unavailable for an extended period because of a fault on our side.
• A payment was made without your authorisation — please contact us immediately.

4. When we will not refund

• You changed your mind after using premium features during the period.
• You did not use the service during a period you paid for.
• Your account was suspended or banned for breaching our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• A feature that was previously premium became free, or the set of premium features changed.

5. Requesting a refund

Email support@chatkaro.live within 7 days of the charge, including the registered email on the account, the payment reference from your receipt, and the reason for the request.

We aim to respond within 3 business days.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method via our payment provider. Once processed, the funds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

We cannot refund to a different card or account than the one used to pay.

7. Price changes

If we change subscription pricing, the new price applies from your next renewal, not the period you have already paid for.
