Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ChatKaro. By using the service you confirm that you are.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in details secure.

2. The Service

ChatKaro connects you with other users for anonymous text and video conversations. Matches are made automatically and we cannot guarantee who you will be paired with.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ChatKaro to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone.
• Share sexual content involving minors, or any illegal material. This results in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to the authorities.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are.
• Send spam, advertising, scams, or links to malicious software.
• Record or redistribute another user’s image, video, or messages without their consent.
• Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Reporting and Enforcement

You can report any user directly from the chat. Reports are reviewed, and accounts that break these terms may be suspended or permanently removed without refund.

Blocking a user prevents you from being matched with them again.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by our payment provider.

Which features are free and which require premium can change over time as we adjust the service.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Your Content

You keep ownership of the messages and images you send. You grant us the limited permission needed to transmit and store them so the service works.

You are responsible for what you send, and you confirm you have the right to send it.

7. Disclaimer

ChatKaro is provided “as is”. We do not screen users in advance and are not responsible for what other users say or do. Use your judgement and never share financial details or personal information with a stranger.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ChatKaro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using ChatKaro and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
